CalaSabina is the ideal place to learn how to make wonderful Italian dishes. During the day you spend your time relaxing besides the swimming pool or visit the surroundings and in the afternoon you transfer to our cooking studio. We have a large kitchen with all state of the art utensils and a pergola outside on a splendid terrace where we cook during the warm weather. We will show you how to make real pizza in a brick oven, or how to make homemade pasta for lasagna, ravioli or tortellini. We have Personal Chef Alessandra available for special occasions or as resident chef if you wish to relax and leave it upon her to organize your meals.

Lessons will take place during the late afternoons from 4 to 8 pm and then we will eat and enjoy the food together.
Courses will have a minimum of 3/ 4 participants.
Join us on a trip to Rome where we will visit the famous food markets of Piazza Vittorio or Trionfale and buy the supplies during the morning and spend the rest of the day on touring and shopping in Rome.*
